Playing MP3 files

To open and play an MP3 file:
1 Click the Mode button in Audion until the MP3 indicator lights. You're now in MP3 mode.
2 Open the File menu and choose Open MP3 File. Or, hit the Play button, if you do not have a playlist loaded.
3 Choose a file on your hard drive you'd like to play.

Your MP3 file will begin playing. Now you can:
Use the play/pause button to start/pause your music.
Click the fast forward button to do so.
Click the rewind button to do so.

Tip: You can always drag and drop an MP3 file onto the Audion icon or the Audion interface to start playing it.

Tip: You can jump to any point in the song with the position slider.

Note: It is normal for small audio skips to occur when launching applications or performing processor-intensive tasks. Skips can be greatly reduced/eliminated by turning off virtual memory.
